Just when I thought I really had tried all kinds of egg, they come out with a deep fried one. The article at The Kitchn was fun to read. The recipe seems rather intimidating, but one I want to tackle one day. There is also a link for a video that Fine Cooking magazine put out with a demo on both kinds of egg; it is 45 minutes and parts were less than stimulating but it was educational. Can you even wrap your head around deep fried eggs benedict? Modify this sucker so it is pork-free and I am all over it ... one day.
