So we have set up the Wii and frankly it is fun! I played it Friday night for a while (btw the Wii Fit puts my Wii age at 42, +10 my real age... good times!) And I have a really sore arm from playing baseball. So my question is can I say "I have an old baseball injury?"

I don't think you can, since it's a fairly new baseball injury.
