A New Challenge

If I understand it right, say you slip up one day and have a chocolate chip cookie. The gist of it all is that you can mess up once a week and still get a point for it. I think of it kind of like the extra points of Weight Watchers. Mess up more than once a week and you are just screwed. While I probably would not use the extra points, I do like the 3 free days if you are truly sick.
